Hi, I’m Josh, and I’ve always been obsessed with the 'how' behind things. My work lives at that intersection of how do we get from this idea through to a finished product. I act as a technical bridge to ensure the people behind the tech can do their best work. From real-time rendering in Unreal Engine to complex data ingestion, I believe technology is at its best when it's making an incredible story possible.

My journey has always been rooted in collaboration, which has shaped my people-first approach to work. I believe that great ideas are born from diverse perspectives and strong teamwork. This mindset has naturally led me into a technical project manager role, where I can further nurture creativity and problem-solving while ensuring that technical teams thrive.
