For our last team project at University, our Tutors asked us to design and create a project based around the idea of a making a cinematic. With the visual media industries becoming more intertwined, teaching Game Artists cinematic principles feels really important.
I took the role of Art Director across this project, leading artistic vision and asset coherence. We wanted to craft every shot to deliver strong storytelling, visual coherence, as well as composition and showing off each individual artists best work. Directing this project really helped to deepen my understanding of Cinema, the creative process and the importance of communication.
